Most of our cleaning technicians, who also happen to be pet owners, understand the importance of ensuring customer safety, especially for your fur babies. To adhere to our cleaning policies, we require that all pets be properly restrained from the work area while our cleaning services are being performed. This is crucial for a successful deep cleaning or move in/out cleaning experience. Please note that failure to comply with these pet requirements can lead to the cancellation of the cleaning job, with no refund issued. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you, which is why you will also receive a welcome email detailing our cleaning guarantees.
Work Area
To ensure our cleaning guarantees and uphold customer safety, we focus on deep cleaning in an empty space. Our cleaning policies require that all small children and individuals with accommodations remain clear of the work area while our cleaning technicians are present. Compliance with these work area requirements is essential, as failure to do so can result in denial of our cleaning services, including move in/out cleaning and commercial cleaning options.
Welcome Email
Upon completion of scheduling your cleaning services, please review our personalized invoice via email. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours. This deposit will be applied to your final balance. Please respond with any special requests, gate codes, or pet requirements. Additionally, confirmation of your appointment also implies agreement to our cleaning policies and procedures outlined on our website. Please note that failure to comply with our work area requirements can result in denial of services.
